Given according to the faith.A person of little faith may say " It was long time ago… those miracles, healings… The time is different now and people are different too." For such people the Holy Spring is just something like a pool after a joyful party. Nowadays, of course, nobody specially keeps a chronicle of healings at the Spring. But everyone has experienced the beneficial influence of it on himself and on the relatives. Some people send the notions of their healings to the monastery. In the summer of 1994 an architect L. from Ryazan was in hospital with exacerbation of nephrolithiasis. The doctors offered him to be operated on. After he began to drink the water from the Spring the pain stopped and the results of the tests became normal. In the same year a boy Vanya from the Town of Lukhovitsy recovered from heart disease after visiting the monastery and the Holy Spring. In the September of 1995 a man, who had been blind in one eye, and had worn a bandage on it, began to see with both eyes.
After a two-days staying in the monastery and bathing in the Holy Spring a woman recovered from long-term headache. Dmitriy Tantsyrov was in hospital with the diagnosis of T.B. in the September of 2006 in the T.B. clinic of Ryazan together with Novice Alexander from the monastery in one ward. When he learnt about the Holy Spring in Poschupovo, he went there and plunged into the icy water with prayer and faith. He went there three times. After that all the dark places in his lungs disappeared and that was confirmed by the doctors. Then Dmitriy was baptized. |
